In the wake of a restructuring, my organization was in need of processes and templates for creating more reliable, quality learning content. In response, I created and implemented this multi-tab Google Sheet that guides the content creator, peer, and SME/client through the QA process, linking relevant internal and external standards.

After noticing several common accessibility mistakes being made by my L&D colleagues, I created and presented an hour-long vILT about creating more accessible deliverables. This session featured multiple modes of learner engagement, including polls, annotation, breakout rooms, and practical application.
